The workforce is made up of a multitude of people. All have various backgrounds, educational levels, personalities, and experiences to draw from. This module takes a broad view of "diversity" and focuses on how every one is part of the diversity picture. Diversity can be a source of creativity and innovation but can be a source of conflict in groups. Employers are wise to communicate with everyone on the value that they bring to the table.

• Employee's rights and responsibilities
All employees could benefit from this module. The major objective is to create an awareness that everyone is different and those differences need to be valued.
This module can be presented with a minimum of two hours. Employees and managers should be split into different groups so managers can have a more in-depth and private discussion on certain issues.
